Finally got a reply from Twitch Support: It appears, that your modpack uses "a bad version of forge" can't be uploaded due to a bad zip or corruption. Yes I have. What you need to do is use either download the mods manually or use that third party downloader people were talking about. Then click install on the modpack you want to install. It will say downloading (Modpack name). Then go into the files for the Twitch launcher and you can get there by going through one of your other modpacks. - Now download all the mods needed to run Farming Valley and drag them into your mods folder. Links for the mods needed are below. - Now open your minecraft launcher and go to Launch options and click on the forge version and turn JVM arguments on. Change the -Xmx1G to -Xmx4G or more to run the game. - It should look like this.
