To try and resolve this I have tried quitting the mission, quitting by to the main menu, closibon the app and reopening it, summoning a new amigo, creating a new save file in slot 2 and going back and reloading my save file in slot 1 and ultimately I have tried deleting the game entirely and then re-downloading and installing it. Check your NAT type, reset your modem and restart the PS4 and reconnect to the internet, try downloading again, try running the game to see if it triggers the download, make sure your PS4 is primary. Also do the licence refresh thing through the PS4 . It's like somewhere the website and the PS4 aren't communicating properly and saying "Hey, I'm set to start this download remotely, let's go bitch." But when I go straight to the Queue from the main page, it doesn't say any of that. It just says the download will start when current download finish. Except I have nothing currently downloading.

To do this, you’ll need to access the download queue under Notifications: Access the PS4 dashboard by pressing the PS button once. Tap “up” on the left joystick (or d-pad) to highlight Notifications, then tap X. You should see “Downloads” on the list, highlight it and tap X. Highlight the currently downloading item and tap X, then choose “Pause.” Tap X again on the highlighted download and choose “Resume.”. It should show up in your library in the "Purchased" section. Try cancelling the download from the queue on your console and start again by downloading it afresh from the Library.
